Dura aims to become the leading business group in the Nordic region for sustainable, property-related services for private, commercial, and municipal properties. Our focus is on providing recurring exterior maintenance and services.

Dura was founded in 2022 and has since acquired specialised companies in Sweden and Norway. We are a full-service provider of property services, primarily caring for and maintaining the exterior of properties.

We work to extend the lifespan of buildings through maintenance to avoid or delay costly and environmentally inefficient replacements. Furthermore, Dura also offers services and specialized services to simplify the lives of property owners.

Our corporate group includes several established companies, each given the space to focus on their specific area of expertise. The model is decentralised: every subsidiary is led by its own management with local roots and industry expertise, while Dura as a group provides support functions and knowledge sharing. This gives us the best of both worlds – entrepreneurship close to the customer and the economies of scale that come with being a Nordic group.

Sustainability isn't a side track for us – it's at the core of our business idea. Investments in the maintenance and repair of existing buildings can reduce climate impact by 50–75% compared to new construction, while also cutting costs by up to 77%.

We contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals through three focus areas: decent work (Goal 8), responsible consumption (Goal 12) and climate action (Goal 13). 35% of our revenue is aligned with the EU taxonomy for sustainable investments.
